Warranty Policy — Varentree

At Varentree, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. This Warranty Policy explains your rights, coverage, and procedures for claiming warranties on products purchased from varentree.shop. This policy is designed in compliance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

1. Warranty Coverage. All products purchased from Varentree, including carpet cleaners, air fryers, and lawn mowers, are covered by a manufacturer's warranty or our store warranty, as applicable. The warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents, wear and tear due to normal use, improper storage or handling, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

2. Warranty Period. The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Warranty periods may vary for specific products, so please check the product page for details. Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt is required for all warranty claims.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@varentree.shop. Please provide your order number and date of purchase, details of the defect or issue, photos or videos showing the defect where applicable, and any other relevant documentation. Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it and advise you on the next steps.

4. Warranty Remedies. Depending on the nature of the defect, Varentree may repair the defective item, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or issue a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not feasible. All remedies are provided at no additional cost to the customer, including return shipping for warranty claims.

5. Exclusions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence, damage caused by accidental drops, spills, or natural disasters, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Any attempt to return a product outside the warranty conditions may result in the claim being denied.

6. Warranty Shipping. For valid warranty claims, Varentree will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are required to follow the provided shipping instructions to ensure proper handling. Shipping costs for returning a defective product under warranty are typically covered by Varentree.

7. Third-Party Manufacturer Warranty. Some products may be covered by a separate manufacturer warranty. Varentree will assist in submitting claims to the manufacturer if required. Manufacturer warranties may have their own terms and conditions, which will supersede this store policy for that product.

8. Limitation of Liability. Varentree's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection law.
